If you purchase Services from ZipPunch, including but not limited to advertising packages, verified lead bundles, or content services:

  • All payments must be made in full prior to service delivery
  • All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of verified technical error or service failure, at ZipPunch’s sole discretion

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate service termination and may incur legal collection efforts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Security and uptime of hosted data
  • Success of marketing or lead generation outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipPunch and its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Business interruption

  • Breach by third parties

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
